To clean your bracelets you need hot water, a mild use of soap as well as a non used tooth brush now this is for metal bracelets to restore it's shine I recommend drying it and using a polishing cloth afterwards. If you want to clean leather more professional care is needed and I recommend going to a local jeweller. Now for beaded bracelets gently scrub it with a soft cloth and soap.

Earrings

To clean your earrings use a soap and warm water solution or if you prefer to use alcohol to disinfect the earring with a damp cloth that's okay as well. For more fragile earrings like pearls just use a soft cloth and warm water.

Return Policy

Now returns can be done after the product is delivered, or if the product is lost and they haven't delivered it after the 10-day delivery time (wait 10 days before considering returning the product if it hasn't shown up during the expected time)

Now you can return everything within 60 days after the product has finally arrived if it's not up to your standard or if it's broken please contact us by VistaVistaVisions@Gmail.com so then we can inform the jewellery maker and replace it if you wish. 

For international Returns the same applies you have 60 days to return the product if it's not up to your standard or if it's broken 

Now, if VistaVistaVisions has made any custom jewellery for you, we can't return it because... it's custom and only meant for you so if you want to get rid of it you either bin it or sell it.
