Ordering and payments
when customers make a purchase it sends a notification to us on the Shopify dashboard we then fulfil the order by looking at the processing point of the fulfilment process with our supplier to make sure it is pristine when it arrives at your door step we collect payments based on the different transaction companies that we use for the payment process on the checkout page

Shipping and Delivery
Shipping has two variations for this store standard which takes around 10-15 days or express shipping which is exactly 10 days or less with standard shipping being around £2-£3 and express shipping £4-£5
delays will be handled based on the type of delay that is presented to us whether that being the following
- struggling with processing the product
- issues with the supplier
- different events happening in the world currently
- different warehouses that may be effected
- shipping times having to be changed for a specific reason
with these types of issues that may or may not cause delay we will handle them accordingly trying our best to give you the best customer experience.
Returns and Refunds
our refund and return policy is after 16 days of having your product / ordering your product we will not accept refunds however if the product has been delayed and you make a complain we will extend it to 20 days of having or ordering the product
Intellectual property
Images ,different slogans, product images will not be allowed to be used unless you ask for permission from VistaVistaVISIONS. As a company we will not use any intellectual property of yours such as reviews different pieces of data to either claim as ours or sell

- If you spend too much on the site as a customer/consumer, then there will be a limit to how much we can compensate you if you wish to refund the products.

if you want to make a refund for a damaged product we will ask for you to send a image and the tracking number to view how it was processed
this helps outline whether it was intentional damage or accidental damage on the product
