Return Policy

Now returns can be done after the product is delivered, or if the product is lost and they haven't delivered it after the 10-day delivery time (wait 10 days before considering returning the product if it hasn't shown up during the expected time)

Now you can return everything within 60 days after the product has finally arrived if it's not up to your standard, or if it's broken, please contact us at VistaVistaVisions@Gmail.com so that we can inform the jewellery maker and replace it if you wish. 

For international Returns, the same applies: you have 60 days to return the product if it's not up to your standard or if it's broken 

Now, if VistaVistaVisions has made any custom jewellery for you, we can't return it because... It's custom and only meant for you, so if you want to get rid of it, you either bin it or sell it.

Warranties

After being in the jewellery industry for over a year, we want to give our customers better safety and security with the jewellery they buy from us, so we will be adding warranties that can go up to 1 year, depending on the jewellery piece. Thank you for being our customers.
