If you want to clean leather more professional care is needed and I recommend going to a local jeweller. Now for beaded bracelets gently scrub it with a soft cloth and soap.

To clean your earrings use a soap and warm water solution or if you prefer to use alcohol to disinfect the earring with a damp cloth that's okay as well. For more fragile earrings like pearls just use a soft cloth and warm water.

Return Policy
Now returns can be done after the product is delivered, or if the product is lost and they haven't delivered it after the 10-day delivery time (wait 10 days before considering returning the product if it hasn't shown up during the expected time)
